Autumn Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

To qualify for entry into the Autumn Giveaway prize draw, participants must book a free, no-obligation property valuation with Wainwrights during October 2025. The property must be located within the area of IP11 and Kirton. There is no requirement to place the property on the market with Wainwrights in order to be eligible, but the valuation must take place, for entry to be valid.

Each eligible valuation booked and carried out within October 2025 will count as one entry into the prize draw.

There are three prizes to be won, and each winner will receive one prize only. The prizes are: a Luxury Christmas Hamper, dinner/lunch for two at either The Alex Café Bar & Brasserie, Café Bencotto, or The View Point Café, and two pantomime tickets for Jack & The Beanstalk at Spa Pavilion Felixstowe on Saturday the 20th of December at 2:30pm. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.

Three winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries after 31st October 2025 and contacted using the details provided when booking their valuation. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Wainwrights reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

This promotion is open only to homeowners booking valuations within the stated catchment area. Wainwrights reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
